Working on a wedding album

Well today was very exciting, I been working on a wedding album all day. The one thing that I really do enjoy is that I get to look at all the pictures that I took about two months ago and relive the moment, how the day went, how happy the bride and groom were and then I remember why I am a photographer and how come I enjoy this so much. Capturing little pieces of time is so cool that when you look at them months and even years later it brings back the day as if it was yesterday.

Things are really getting rolling!!!!!!

What a busy weekend it was.

It was a very busy weekend for us at digital stories photography. We booked three weddings for 2011 that made us very happy. I was down at the lakefront, twice shooting some senior portraits and editing them. Then on Sunday we had a Serbian wedding that went absolutely wonderful. As you know today is Monday , I am doing nothing but laying down and watching some college football that I taped/DVR over the weekend. On Tuesday I will be editing photos all day and I will now start to post some of the earlier work that we have been doing over the summer. The blog seems to be working fine, so if you'd like to come back and view some wonderful images please do.

With all the weddings I have been doing, meetings I have been having, and all the senior pictures I have been doing. I just wanted to apologize that I haven't been keeping up with this blog.
I am still doing a lot of testing with this to make sure everything runs smoothly before I fully launch it.

What a busy weekend

This past weekend was very busy for me as I was working on my website and setting up this blog. While I'm happy to say it is now up and running and so far so good. I am going to start posting articles and photos that I have taken. I have been thinking about the articles I wanted to post and I was thinking that I would write about photography equipment and give small reviews about it. If you have any thoughts or suggestions please let me know by posting your comments here and I will be happy to answer them as soon as I can.

Watermarking your photos.

Watermarking your photos is important so people don't take your treasured pictures that you have worked so hard to create. I like to use Adobe lightroom. There's a pretty cool tool that you can get as a plug-in that will automatically watermark all your photos after you have configured it. There's a new beta version of Adobe light room 3.0 that that is out and many people have been testing it. No longer will you need to go online and look for that coolwatermark plug-in, because Adobe light room 3.0 has a built-in. Now how cool is that.
